Return & Cancellation Policy
How Ganpati Zone handles this part of your service relationship.
Scope of this policy
Ganpati Zone provides SEO and digital marketing services, including audits, consulting, strategy, implementation, reporting and related deliverables. These services are intangible and may begin immediately after purchase, so the return and exchange process differs from physical products.
Returns and exchanges in India
We do not accept returns or exchanges. A return window and return costs do not apply because returns are not accepted. Once service work has started, returns and exchanges are not applicable. Examples of work starting include an audit being initiated, onboarding being completed, access being granted, research starting or deliverables being shared.
Cancellation before work starts
You may request cancellation by emailing support@ganpatizone.com. If the service has not started and no access or work has been initiated, we will review your request and confirm the next steps.
Cancellation after work starts
Cancellation stops future work where feasible. Completed work, time spent and deliverables already provided remain billable and are not reversible.
Rescheduling a consultation
If you need to reschedule a consultation or call, contact us in advance. We will propose the next available slot.
Help with service issues
Contact us if you have selected the wrong service or encounter onboarding, access, delivery or technical problems. We will help resolve the issue quickly.
- Wrong purchase or plan mismatch: we will guide you to the correct service scope.
- Technical or access issue: we will troubleshoot and request the minimum information required.
- Deliverable issue: we will review and clarify what is included in the agreed scope.
