1) Scope (Service-Based Business)

Ganpati Zone provides SEO and digital marketing services (including audits, consulting, strategy, implementation, reporting, and related deliverables). Because services are intangible and may begin immediately after purchase, the return/exchange process is different from physical products.

2) Returns & Exchanges (India)

Note: Once service delivery/work has started (e.g., audit initiated, onboarding completed, access granted, research started, deliverables shared), returns/exchanges are not applicable.

3) Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Before work starts: You may request cancellation by emailing us. If we have not started the service and no access/work has been initiated, we’ll review the request and confirm next steps.
• After work starts: Cancellation stops future work where feasible, but completed work/time spent and already-delivered deliverables remain billable and are not reversible.
• Meetings: If you need to reschedule a consultation/call, contact us in advance and we’ll propose the next available slot.

4) If Something Goes Wrong (Support / Fix Policy)

If you face an issue such as wrong service selection, onboarding/access problems, deliverable delivery issues, or a technical problem, contact us and we’ll help resolve it quickly.

• Wrong purchase / plan mismatch: We’ll guide you to the correct service scope.
• Technical/access issue: We’ll troubleshoot and request the minimum info required.
• Deliverable issue: We’ll review and clarify what’s included in the agreed scope.
